On April 30, Instances in the France (Paris) region experienced degraded performance. Instances remained accessible, but response times were elevated, and some users encountered instability when opening their instance/workspace.
This event was related to the same infrastructure migration behind the earlier Australia incident, but presented differently here due to scale.
Going forward, migration procedures will also include staged validation against cluster size and additional monitoring tuned to detect performance degradation — not just availability — so issues of this kind are surfaced and addressed earlier.
